Axel nodded at the pre-approved amendment to his drink order and turned to Xigbar when he addressed him, widening his eyes at his comment about cycles. Well, that was a rather scary concept. He could take Saix being grouchy, and Aerith being ... tetchy, but if they got like that together? He'd rather sleep on Xigbar's floor.
"Tell me about it," he said, half amused, half terrified. "Slow day?"
The Sandsea itself didn't seem as busy as it had the potential to be. Axel had seen days when the whole place was heaving and it was, quite literally, standing room only. In fairness, those did tend to be Blitzball days, but it was still a far cry from how it was today.
