Ignis listened to the conversation as he worked. With the oven heating he buttered a few slices of bread and swiftly grated some cheese onto the unbuttered side of it. Then he topped it with some ham before assembling it into a sandwich, and then placed it carefully in the heated frying pan.

It sizzled, throwing up the smell of toasting bread and frying butter.

He did the same with the other two, and then let them rest in the heat and cook.
