Yylfordt frowned unhappily. He had the distinct impression he was missing something big. It sounded like Apache knew the woman, because she couldn't possibly have been here long enough for them to have an argument that complicated already.
He was pretty sure only he and Szayel managed that, and even then they usually needed a run at it.
He pulled his elbow from Apache's grip and slung his arm around her shoulders instead, still eyeing the visitor. He didn't know what she'd just said, but it didn't sound good.
