Well, wasn't that just a question? It was sort of difficult to explain without telling him that they were, in fact Ryoka. Their licenses said they were from Lionel, but that wasn't strictly true except in the sense that it was where both of them had first set foot on Spiran soil. He had the vivid memories of the Thunder Plains to prove it.
