When Aizen entered, the mood shifted, and the horseplay and banter ended. Nel looked towards Aizen as he sealed the doorway behind himself, sensing the air of seriousness wash over the room. A couple of them stood, or sat, a little straighter, a few others of them didn't move.

Szayel continued to grump and look sulky while Lilinette watched Aizen with bright eyes, ignoring Szayel. Sometimes, Nel wondered if that kid took in more than she let on.
Ulquiorra didn't move, nor did Halibel, but they'd both been in their own On Duty modes since they'd entered the room.
Nel shifted her own gears, now, sitting up a fraction while she waited for Aizen to take the lead and say his bit.
