Gin stood slightly aside from those assembled, but remained a part of that group during Aizen's address, as opposed to by his side, as was his accustomed position in such a situation. He looked over the faces of those in attendance, his smile never wavering, not even for a second.
He watched them all, watching to see what their expressions would give away, and made sure that his own would not betray him like theirs inevitably would.
