"That was definitely Great Gospel. She prayed to activate it, it rained on them, the fire elemental was fully healed from being nearly dead, and then Ulquiorra landed a strike that did nothing; it's not just something that looks similar."
Something that looked similar would have been a possibility, perhaps, although looking similar made little difference in real terms if the effect was the same. The good thing about Great Gospel when you were the one to wield it, and the bad thing when your enemy did, was that the restorative effects were embellished by invincibility, which wouldn't last forever but certainly lasted long enough.
"She's a Geomancer, too," she added. "Ulquiorra was encircled in the flames at the time, but she drew on those flames to attack Luppi with them." On its own, being a Geomancer meant little, but it did indicate an affinity for the natural world that most didn't bother with. Simply learning black mage spells was more reliable, but this girl was young and an accomplished Geomancer. It added that extra little weight to the theory. This girl seemed to be well centred in nature.
