Ulquiorra did not make assumptions about Aizen-sama's smile. As expected, he did not appear angry, but he also did not appear openly disappointed in Ulquiorra's lapse of control. That was curious, although Ulquiorra didn't analyse it right now.

"Yes, Aizen-sama," he replied, one answer to all three statements. The clan viewed family affairs as outside clan business, still his behaviour reflected upon Aizen-sama, and attacking another member of the clan was frowned upon, even if it would be allowed to slide in this instance. Nnoitra had killed Orochimaru, and that had been allowed to slide due to their history, but another attack upon another member by another of Aizen-sama's subordinates would reflect badly.

It would not happen again in any case. It had been a response to a revelation that could only happen once. Unless there were further, related revelations to come with regards to L's role in Gongaga, Ulquiorra would not be surprised again.

Where other members of the clan were concerned, Ulquiorra had no further concern for their roles.
