Marluxia smirked at Zexion's reply. That was a carefully worded answer suggesting that, while Zexion had seen them before, he'd never truly encountered one. "Don't let them intimidate you," Marluxia said, "they won't make a move while I'm around." Although they'd certainly pretend that they might to try and make Zexion squirm. "Just don't touch any of them," he said, aware that it was probably unnecessary warning.
He led Zexion in, nearer the greenhouse, past the tables. He paused for a moment, turning towards one of the pots and fastidiously picking a dried leaf off with a frown. It was nothing to worry about, but still, it made things look untidy.
"They may not react well if you surprise them," he said, after a very slight pause, and then turned to look directly at Zexion, finishing, "you used to be better at concealing shock, too." He turned to invite Zexion into the greenhouse, opening the door for him.
