Being unfamiliar with Rabanastre's layout, Kadaj wasn't really aware of the significance of a location near the East Gate compared to the other two, for example. Still, it gave him a direction to head for, and he nodded at Axel, politely. "Thank you," he said. "I can't really get back to my mechanic right now," he added, as something of an explanation, "but he'll probably kill me if I let a cheap hack touch his work."
A smile twitched across Kadaj's face at the thought. He'd asked Yylfordt to make him transport, something he could ride, and Yylfordt had.... Well, he'd got a bit carried away. Kadaj loved the bike, and the freedom it gave him, but he had to admit, Yylfordt had designed it for fun, not really for him, and much like the Ragnarok, the bike was one of Yylfordt's machina babies.
He could just picture the look on Yylfordt's face if he found someone had done a hatchet job on his project. It'd be funny for all of thirty seconds, but they'd be a good thirty seconds.
