Kadaj let a faint smirk flicker at the corner of his mouth. "Not just Al Bhed," he commented. Rabanastre was also popular with Bangaa, Seeq, Humes, Selkies, and the Moogles had their usual outposts, too. The city was a melting pot, partly because of the location and proximity to trade routes, and partly because of its importance as a result of that. People wanted to be in Rabanastre.
"So," he asked, continuing to push the bike with relative ease now that it was rolling steadily. Keeping the pace was easy. "What's your name?" He asked, and then decided to add, "If you don't mind me asking?" The guy seemed friendly and helpful enough, but Kadaj would rather seem polite than as if he was prying.
Prying would be asking about the eyes, and the accent, which wasn't out of place in Rabanastre, especially in Rabanastre, but didn't sound local. Kadaj was interested in the answers to those, too, but they might be a bit personal to ask some helpful stranger about.
