That was true enough. Rabanastre was nothing if not diverse. Axel hadn't exactly travelled around taking in the sights of all the major Lowerworld Spiran cities, but Rabanastre certainly had a more varied population than the overwhelmingly Hyur-centric Midgar, his only real frame of reference.

'Lea' was a common name with multiple spellings. There was nothing stand-out about 'Lea'.
Axel was a wanted Ryoka, a fringe member of The Thirteenth Order, an ex-Nobody-with-a-capital-N.
