Lumi agreed that Ulquiorra was odd, but he had no first-hand experience of this 'darkness' that Marluxia spoke of, though he knew that wasn't simply metaphorical, that it was bad and that it, quite likely, began with a capital letter. Neliel, on the other hand, was largely inoffensive, but Lumi didn't miss the fact that she seemed to deliberately keep her distance from the two of them and that she treated them with rather more caution than she did Zexion, for example. He could hardly blame her.

It looked, at least, like it wouldn't be impossible to get Vexen to come back with them, even if it might come with its share of problems.
