Aerith felt the flicker in Saix's reiatsu when he spoke. There was something sad about what he said, something that bothered him. She knew, from talking to Lea, and from what little Saix did say about their past that their friendship had only recently been recovered, and that Saix, well... had been a bit of an ass, and still could be, sometimes.
She hadn't pried, though. She was curious, nosy even, but it wasn't her place to stick her nose in, and so she hadn't.
"We thought at first you might be as well," she said, looking to Fang with a smile, "but you know too much for that to be true." But she also didn't know things she should, which was what made her so strange.
