Saix took damage, grunting and crying out with each impact. He fought to try and block the blows, knowing that if he could break Grimmjow's rhythm he could try for the upper hand again.

The haste spell connected, and Saix snarled, moving faster to block and counter, and then pulling away. His eyes flashed yellow as he cried out in exhilaration.
