Fang looked down at Tayuya. She didn't look aggressive, but her resting expression was definitely that of somebody you didn't typically mess with. The scars and undeniable battle-hardened look helped, of course.
"Fang," she said. "I have no idea who any of you are, but none of you look quite daft enough to pick a fight in the middle of a city, no matter what history you have."
She wasn't being entirely truthful, of course. The girl she was addressing looked more than ready to start a fight and the Al Bhed looked almost as furious as his ... girlfriend? But even so, calling people idiots to their faces only exacerbated situations.
