Nel frowned, sparing Marluxia, and Lumi, and their continued eye contact, a short glance. Then she sighed, and warned, "Sharp scratch," before she slid the needle under Lumi's skin and into his vein. It was a two-handed job then to insert the cannula and cap it off, Lumi's blood visible in the tube as she did.

She walked off to the other side of the infirmary then, opening a cupboard and retrieving a bag of fluid. She worked quickly to set the drip up.

"You can unstrap him now," she said, her voice quiet and directed at Marluxia. She stood back and drew her chakra together to cast a cure spell on Lumi, to help his wound heal.
