Kadaj glanced at Gin, and did his best to contain the look of irritation he felt. The only other members of Khamja present were non-combatants, like L, and Hojo, tucked away in his corner of hell where he seemed intent to stay even if the threat burst in through the front door and came in to eat everyone, which Kadaj didn't honestly consider to be a bad thing, and the Ryoka, who didn't know what the alarm signified, although they could guess.
Gin was being unhelpful, and Gin never did anything without a reason, and right now, Kadaj expected it was because he was interested to see what everyone else would do. Himself, Marluxia, Lumi, and the Arrancar without Aizen's guidance.
He could make life easier by directing the Arrancar, but where would be the fun in that?
"We kill it," Kadaj said. Kuja wasn't around to contain it himself, and it was unlikely to stop attacking if they just asked it nicely. "Unless someone has a way to stop it without killing it."
Kadaj... did, but he didn't much like the idea of trying to restrain the thing with Reunion until they could get Kuja back to deal with it. He'd rather not let everyone find out about him having that kind of ability. He'd honestly rather just kill the thing.

"Killing it is going to be easier."
